Platform Status
Notary Wagon is a mobile notary coordination and dispatch platform. We facilitate scheduling and field logistics, connecting parties requiring notarization services with independent notary professionals. Notary Wagon acts strictly as an administrative and logistics interface.
No Legal Advice
Notary Wagon is not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created or implied by the use of this platform. We do not provide legal advice, guidance, interpretation of legal documents, or document preparation services.
Third-Party Professionals
Independent notary professionals utilizing this platform remain solely responsible for their own conduct, licensing, acts, omissions, negligence, and compliance obligations. Notary Wagon is not liable for third-party actions, conduct, or professional performance occurring during field appointments.
Document Acceptance Disclaimer
Acceptance of notarized documents is determined solely by the receiving institutions, courts, agencies, lenders, or counterparties. Notary Wagon makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the acceptance, recording, filing, or ultimate legal effectiveness of any document facilitated through our service.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for: (a) verifying the accuracy of their own identity documents; (b) reviewing document completeness; (c) determining the legal suitability of documents for their intended purpose; and (d) obtaining independent legal counsel when necessary.
Witness Disclaimer
Any witnesses provided or coordinated through this platform are present solely for signature witnessing and identity confirmation. Witnesses possess no responsibility regarding legal validity or the substance of documents, and are not participants in underlying legal transactions.
Record Retention
Notary Wagon does not permanently archive completed client documents. Users remain solely responsible for storage, retention, backup, and post-execution security of all documents. Temporary operational records may be retained by Notary Wagon only as strictly required for compliance, fraud prevention, or scheduling administration.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notary Wagon, its operators, affiliates, contractors, and platform personnel from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from: (a) document content; (b) underlying legal matters; (c) misuse of services; (d) false or inaccurate identity information provided; or (e) any unlawful activity connected to service requests.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notary Wagon’s liability is limited strictly to the amounts actually paid by the user for coordination services. Notary Wagon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or business interruption damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, rejected filings, delayed closings, or institutional refusals of documents.
Force Majeure
Notary Wagon is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond reasonable operational control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, institutional restrictions, lockdowns, power or infrastructure outages, emergencies, civil disturbances, or government actions.
Jurisdiction & Venue
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Ohio. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided shall be in Franklin County, Ohio. Users hereby waive any and all objections to personal jurisdiction or venue in Franklin County, Ohio.
